A bluegrass musician from a musical family, J.T. has performed with numerous bluegrass bands and knows what true aficionados want to hear. Now a bluegrass promoter, J.T of J.T’s Bluegrass is dedicated to “bringing the finest in bluegrass to Central Florida; promoting quality, acoustical, all-American music.”
Many of the top performers named by Bluegrass Unlimited magazine have performed in Titusville for Shealy’s audiences. Current seating reservation price is only $28 per person. Venues are spacious, comfortable environments with excellent acoustics.

Evans Media Source was founded over 20 years ago by award winning husband and wife Ernie & Debi Evans. Evans Media Source aka EMS was originally opened as a broadcasting company but it wasn't long before their love for music production & performance merged with EMS. Due to the overwhelming demand for the events the Evans duo had built together they soon found themselves full time producing music festivals, concerts and themed cruises. Today EMS owns and operates 11 music festivals, 2 themed cruises and manages 7 music events for other parties from cities, counties and private owners. Their current client list has grown tremendously and keeps Ernie & Debi busy working in 5 different states as well as the Caribbean.
Barberville Pioneer Settlement
Salty Grass has performed at both the spring and fall festivals and led a bluegrass jam at both. In addition, we have performed multiple times on the first Saturday of the month as part of their Playing on the Porches program. Click logo to learn more about this wonderful local museum.
Central Florida Bluegrass Association
This rather new organization is trying to preserve bluegrass music in Central Florida.
They are attempting to re-establish the monthly bluegrass jam at the Cassia Community Center the third Saturday of each month.
The Freightliners
The Freightliners have been on the Central Florida bluegrass scene for over ten years playing their special brand of bluegrass at festivals, concerts, private parties, etc.
Space Coast Bluegrass Gospel Jam
Every first and third Tuesday evening at the Grace Life Church in Rockledge is a bluegrass jam hosted by Beverly and John Perkins. (On vacation into September 2024 - check Facebook for Fall start date)
Pizza City
Pizza City hosted the Rose Bay jam in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian in 2022 and recently Salty Grass performed there on a Thursday night and are looking forward to additional dates in the future.
Every Tuesday they host an open country jam.
Pizza City is located at 5882 S. Ridgewood Ave. in Port Orange, on the corner of Ridgewood and Nova Road next to the Circle K gas station
